Mama Yu uses personal information only to run the shop, fulfil requests, and send marketing that you have actively asked to receive.
What we collect
When you join Mama's list, we may collect your name, email address, product interest, consent choice, the page you joined from, and campaign details attached to the link you followed. If you place an order, the checkout provider also needs order, delivery, and payment information to complete it.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide the service you requested, maintain the shop and your bag, respond to messages, meet legal obligations, prevent misuse, and—where you consent—send batch, stockist, and kitchen news. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
Who helps us
We use carefully selected service providers for ecommerce, secure checkout, website hosting, and email delivery. Klaviyo's onsite tools load only after cookie consent. Providers may process only the information needed to deliver their service and must protect it appropriately.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for a copy of your information, request a correction or deletion, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent. Email hello@mamayu.co. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you believe your information has been mishandled.
