We bought this beautiful chilli oil whilst wandering around Coal Drops Yard in a shop called Kitchen Provisions. I’d heart about it and been following for quite a while so I was so happy when I saw it! I had no idea they had a curry variation, so as a curry fanatic I knew this was the one I was going to love and I was not wrong. We had ours with some steamed rice, grilled chicken thighs with soy and garlic and cucumber salad. Absolutely sensational ! Just the right amount of spice, depth of flavour and lovely consistency. I now want to try all other varieties :)

Best chilli oil in the world! They are a few close contenders but this is the tastiest chilli oil I’ve ever had and my go to for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Take the monthly drops very seriously! Broke a full jar once and honestly cried it had to go to waste. Long live Mama Yu! Thank you so much.
