Mama Yu's Curry Chilli Oil is a love letter to Malaysia's legendary mamak stalls - those late-night roadside spots where the food is always fragrant and the flavour never disappoints. Handmade in small batches by mother-daughter duo Jolene and Xien, it's infused with fresh curry leaves and a carefully chosen blend of spices.
Curry powder, cumin, coriander, turmeric, lemongrass and chilli come together for a bold, aromatic heat with a subtle sweetness that keeps you coming back for more.
Perfect for: roti canai (signature mamak dish), curries, noodles, dumplings, marinades, and roasted vegetables.
