Mama Yu's Crispy Shallot Chilli Oil is all about the crunch. Handmade in small batches by mother-daughter duo Jolene and Xien, inspired by the comforting flavours of Malaysian-Chinese home cooking.
Crispy shallots, chilli flakes, red chillies, garlic and lemongrass - the natural sweetness of the shallots takes the lead, with just enough heat.
Perfect for: noodles, dumplings, rice bowls, eggs, and everyday drizzling.
