Mama Yu's Black Bean Chilli Oil is built on umami richness of fermented black beans - a staple of Chinese cooking that adds a savoury complexity like nothing else. Handmade in small batches by mother-daughter duo Jolene and Xien, every jar is packed with bold, warming flavour.
Garlic, ginger, red chillies, sesame oil and fermented black beans with lime juice to cut right through the richness.
Perfect for: noodles, dumplings, rice bowls, stir-fries, and everyday drizzling.
