How reviews work

Choose your stars, tell us about your jar and enter your email. If you bought online, use your checkout email so we can verify your purchase. In-store customers are welcome too. A public name is optional; leave it blank to appear as Customer. You do not need an account or an email confirmation code.

Your checkout email and order details stay private. By submitting, you agree that we may publish your display name, rating and review.

Verified purchase means the email and jar supplied with a website review match an eligible Shopify order. It does not mean we have confirmed ownership of the email address. Earlier reviews imported from Judge.me retain their recorded verification status.

Reviews publish automatically even when we cannot find an order or the purchase check is unavailable. These reviews appear without a purchase badge, including reviews from in-store customers. Approval by itself does not verify a purchase.

New reviews are approved automatically, regardless of their star rating. Positive and negative reviews are welcome, including honest experiences with refunded purchases. We do not remove a review simply because it is critical or has a low star rating.

We remove fake reviews, spam, threats, personal contact information, unrelated content and undisclosed incentivised reviews when identified. Any published incentive is identified alongside the review. We do not offer rewards conditional on a positive rating.

Each order and product can have one review. Sending it again does not replace the original. If you want to correct or withdraw your review, contact hello@mamayu.co. We will check the request before changing it.

To report a review you believe is fake or inappropriate, email hello@mamayu.co with the product and review details. We investigate reports using the same standards for every rating. Publication and removal changes may take up to 15 minutes to appear.
