Mama Yu's Garlic Chilli Oil is a rich, deeply savoury chilli oil packed with crispy fried garlic and layered umami heat. Handmade in small batches by mother-daughter duo Jolene and Xien, this is the flavour that everyone keeps coming back for.
Blended with fried onion, red chillies, garlic, sesame oil and white pepper, with a fresh hint of lime to lift it all together. The kind of heat that warms without overwhelming.
